Privacy policy

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number and password (stored only as a secure hash); the listings, photos and messages you post; documents you upload for verification; and basic usage data such as pages viewed.

Why we collect it

To run your account, show your listings, connect you with other users through private chat, verify listings, prevent fraud, process payments and send you the alerts you ask for.

Your phone number

Your number is never shown on a listing and never sold. It is shared with another user only when you press "Share my number" in a chat with them.

AI features

When you use AI search or "write with AI", the text of your request and the property details are sent to our AI provider. We never send your name, phone number or email to the AI provider.

Verification documents

Stored outside the public website, visible only to our verification team, and deleted on request once verification is complete.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help run the platform (hosting, email, payments, AI), with partners you ask us to involve (for example a lawyer for a legal check or a bank for a loan), or when the law requires it.

Your rights

You can see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to nasuna@pinkcityrealestate.in. We reply within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a few small cookies: one keeps you signed in, one remembers your language, and one counts visitors to the site. The visitor count stores a random number only — not your name or IP address.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months after deletion for fraud prevention and legal reasons, then erased.
