1. What we are

Pink City Real Estate is an online platform where owners, agents and builders list properties and buyers and tenants find them. We are not a party to any sale or rental agreement between users unless we say so in writing for a specific service.

2. Your account

You must give a working email and phone number and keep your password safe. One person, one account. We may suspend accounts that post fake listings, harass other users or try to get around our privacy rules.

3. Listing rules

Only list a property you own or are authorised to market. Price, area, photos and location must be true. Photos must be of the actual property. Agents must post as agents. Listings must be confirmed as available every 30 days or they are taken down automatically. Builder projects that need RERA registration must show the RERA number.

4. Verification

"Pakka" checks reduce risk but are not a guarantee of title or condition. Always do your own due diligence, read documents and, for purchases, get a legal check before paying any money.

5. Payments and refunds

Paid plans and services are described on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details. Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.

6. Content and conduct

Do not post contact details in descriptions or chat to get around number privacy, spam other users, scrape the site, or post anything unlawful. We may edit or remove content that breaks these rules.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from transactions between users. Our total liability for any paid service is limited to the fee you paid for it.
